If you look the part with nice, freshly ironed, clothes then you'll show your subconscious mind that you mean business.
This doesn't mean you have to walk around in a suit all the time - smart casual is just as good - but it does mean you'll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and like what you see.
In turn, you'll find yourself becoming more confident simply by the way you look and feel.

Stop putting yourself down
Yup.
That little nagging voice in your head that keeps telling you you're not worthy.
Stop it! You're creating the voice, so you can stop it although that may take a bit of practice.
But the less you allow yourself to put you down, the better!
